What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Paediatric Occupational Therapist and play a key role in improving the lives of children and young people in a supportive SEN school setting. In this role, you will:
• Perform comprehensive paediatric assessments
• Create and implement personalised treatment and therapy plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to optimise outcomes for pupils with a range of additional needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and SENCOs, to provide holistic care
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to EHCP reviews
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current and valid HCPC registration
• Experience working with children and young people, preferably in SEN or school environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a wider clinical and educational team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centred care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a flexible, part-time role requiring availability 4 days per week, with consideration for school term schedules. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
