What You’ll Be Doing: Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital patients. In this role, you will:
• Support medicines management activities to ensure safe and effective use of medicines • Act as an Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) to check and approve prescriptions • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care • Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications • Maintain high standards of record-keeping and compliance with hospital protocols
Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
• GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician • Accredited Checking Technician (ACT) qualification • Proven experience in medicines management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role offers a flexible working position requiring availability from Monday to Friday, with potential flexibility for part-time work (3 or 4 days per week). The contract is for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
