• Job Title: Prescribing Pharmacist
• Location: South London – GP Surgery
• Duration: 6 Months
• Schedule: 2 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote (Up to 5 Days/Week Available if wanted too)
• Start Date: ASAP, August 2025
• Rate of Pay: £34 – £36 per hour (via LTD) DOE

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our GP client’s team as a Prescribing Pharmacist and contribute to improving patient outcomes in primary care. In this role, you will:
Conduct structured medication reviews
Provide prescribing support and advice
Support patient triage processes as required
Collaborate with GPs and other healthcare professionals to optimise care
Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NHS standards
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
An active Independent Prescriber qualification
Proven experience in a GP surgery or primary care setting
Competence in medication reviews and triaging
Strong clinical and communication skills
EMIS experience (preferred)
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This flexible role offers hybrid working with options for:
Long days (8am–6:30pm), standard hours (9am–5pm), or late starts (10am–6pm)
A 6-month initial contract with potential for extension
