About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and confident Community Physiotherapist to join the team in Hampshire on a locum basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a physiotherapist who enjoys working independently in the community and is passionate about delivering personalised, goal-focused rehabilitation.

While neuro experience is desirable, it is not essential — support will be provided for clinicians with a strong general or community background and a proactive attitude to learning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessments and treatments in clients’ homes and community settings.

  • Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation programmes to support functional recovery and independence.

  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, client-centred care.

  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

  • Manage your own caseload and schedule efficiently, demonstrating autonomy and excellent time management.


Requirements:

  • HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist.

  • Previous community or rehabilitation experience (neuro desirable but not essential).

  • Confident working independently and managing a varied caseload.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car – essential.
