Hunter AHP are seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist to join a leading private hospital in Nottingham for an immediate start.
Location: Nottingham
Banding: Band 7 or 8a (DOE)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Minimum 3 days per week (part-time or full-time available)
Weekends: None
Hourly Rate: £28–£37 per hour (dependent on experience)
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Pharmacist with at least 2 years of hospital pharmacy experience to work across a variety of wards, ensuring the safe, effective, and timely delivery of medicines to patients.
Key Duties:
Clinical screening and dispensing of medications.
Providing specialist advice to medical and nursing staff.
Supporting medicines optimisation initiatives.
Covering a range of wards, including medical, surgical, and specialist units.
Contributing to multidisciplinary ward rounds and patient counselling.
Requirements:
GPhC registration as a Pharmacist.
Minimum 2 years’ hospital pharmacy experience (private or NHS).
Strong clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Ability to adapt across various ward environments.
