What You'll Be Doing:

Join a specialist dermatology service and play a key role in supporting skin cancer pathway delivery. In this role, you will:

• Review teledermatology images and referrals
• Assess suspected skin cancer cases and determine treatment pathways
• Provide consultant-level clinical oversight and decision-making
• Participate in weekly Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings
• Support the service during periods without substantive consultant cover
• Deliver expert medical dermatology advice where required
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• GMC registration with a licence to practise
• Consultant Dermatologist status
• Extensive experience within UK dermatology services
• Strong knowledge of UK skin cancer pathways
• Experience managing skin cancer referrals and teledermatology cases
• Excellent communication and MDT working skills
• Ability to work independently within a remote environment

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers exceptional flexibility and can accommodate both part-time and full-time clinicians. The service currently requires approximately 15–20 hours per month of teledermatology review work, alongside attendance at a weekly MDT meeting held on Wednesdays from 12:30pm–1:30pm. There is flexibility around when the remaining work is completed.

The contract is ongoing with an immediate start available and potential for long-term engagement.
