We have an exciting opportunity for a PCN Pharmacist (IP or non-IP) to join a busy Primary Care Network. This is a fully remote role with flexible working possibilities for the right candidate.
• Job Title: PCN Pharmacist (Remote)
• Location: Remote (must have EMIS access on laptop)
• Duration: 4 months
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm, 30 min lunch (some flexibility possible)
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £28–£35 per hour DOE and prescribing capability via LTD company
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you will:
Conduct medication reviews for patients, focusing on high-risk drugs and polypharmacy
Manage a variety of patient needs, including long-term conditions, diabetes, and complex cases
Perform telephone consultations and coordinate referrals
Order bloods and liaise with multidisciplinary teams
Use EMIS efficiently for all patient interactions
Requirements & Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience in PCN or GP practice settings
Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in managing a wide range of patients
CPPE qualifications
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work remotely with EMIS access
