Location: Birmingham (part of a large NHS trust in Birmimgham), travel required across Birmingham with expenses paid.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our NHS client’s team as a Senior Finance Officer and play a key role in supporting the financial operations of a large NHS Trust. In this role, you will:

  • Provide financial oversight and support to various departments within the Trust

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial statements

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards

  • Work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights

  • Manage financial risks and maintain accurate audit trails


Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a Senior Finance role, ideally within the public sector

  • Excellent understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Immediate availability and ability to work on-site in the West Midlands


Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role is a full-time, on-site position based in the West Midlands. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
