What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our dedicated Aids and Adaptations team and play a key role in supporting vulnerable individuals to live independently. In this role, you will:
Conduct holistic assessments of service users in the community
Recommend and implement suitable aids and adaptations
Liaise with housing teams, contractors, and multidisciplinary professionals
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to service planning
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid HCPC registration
Experience working in a social care/local authority setting
Knowledge of major and minor adaptations and relevant legislation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, person-centred approach
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This flexible locum position is Monday to Friday, with potential for hybrid working. The contract is ongoing, with strong potential for extension based on service needs and performance.
