Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with 30-minute lunch (3–4 days per week also considered)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 8a Locum Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of elderly and general medical patients. In this role, you will:
perform comprehensive patient medication reviews
provide expert pharmaceutical support on elderly care and medical wards
support clinical decision-making with evidence-based advice
work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
contribute to efficient dispensary operations
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
a current and valid GPhC registration
experience working on medical and elderly care wards
excellent communication and teamwork skills
the ability to manage a busy clinical workload independently
a commitment to safe, high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday, 9–5), but part-time availability (3–4 days/week) may be considered. The position is ongoing, with strong potential for extension based on performance and service needs.
