Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in supporting safe and effective medication management in an NHS hospital setting. In this role, you will:
Carry out final accuracy checks (ACT) in line with GPhC standards
Support dispensary operations, including labelling, dispensing, and stock control
Ensure timely and accurate supply of medications to wards and patients
Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals
Maintain detailed and accurate records to support patient safety
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A current and valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacy Technician
ACT qualification (essential)
Experience working in hospital dispensary settings
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A commitment to high standards of patient care and safety
This role requires availability Monday to Friday, with full-time hours. The position is ongoing, with a strong likelihood of extension depending on performance and service needs.
