Job Title: Band 6 Community Diabetic Foot Podiatrist
Location: West London (Health Centres)
Duration: Ongoing contract
Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: Dependent on experience and banding

Role Responsibilities:
• Provide podiatric care to patients with diabetic foot conditions in a community setting
• Deliver wound care, ulcer management, and preventative treatments
• Work across health centres within West London
• Manage a caseload independently while liaising with wider healthcare teams
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Essential Requirements:
• Current HCPC registration
• Diabetic foot care experience essential
• Strong clinical assessment and wound care skills
• Ability to manage own caseload independently
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Position Details:
This locum role offers flexibility for up to 5 days per week (Tuesday to Friday, with possible Monday availability). The position is ongoing, with potential for long-term extension. Immediate start available.
