• Job Title: Independent Prescribing Pharmacist
• Location: North London – GP surgery (on site)
• Duration: 3 months
• Schedule: 3, 4, or 5 days per week, 9am – 5pm (30-minute lunch)

Join our GP surgery client’s team as an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in a primary care setting. In this role, you will:
perform comprehensive patient assessments
create and implement personalised care plans
deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
maintain accurate patient records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
a current and valid GPhC registration
Independent Prescribing qualification (relatively new IPs welcome)
experience using the EMIS clinical system
strong communication and interpersonal skills
the ability to work independently and as part of a wider clinical team
a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
This is an on-site position requiring presence at the practice in North London. Availability for 3 to 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) between 9am and 5pm is essential. The initial contract is for 3 months, with a strong potential for extension based on service needs and performance.
