Location:  Bristol, via Hunter AHP
Rate: £30–£35 per hour (DOE)
Contract Type: Ongoing Locum
Start Date: ASAP
Days Required: 3 set days per week
Payment: Weekly

Hunter AHP are seeking a skilled Locum Independent Prescriber Pharmacist to join a well-established GP surgery in Bristol on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and experienced prescriber to make an immediate impact in a primary care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations and clinical assessments

• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Prescribe medication safely and appropriately within scope of practice

• Work collaboratively with GPs and wider multidisciplinary team

• Maintain accurate clinical records using EMIS, Docman, and/or SystmOne

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist)

• Proven experience working in a primary care or GP surgery setting

• Proficient with clinical systems including EMIS, Docman, and SystmOne

• Available to work 3 fixed days per week

• Ability to start ASAP
