• Rate of Pay: £26 – £30 per hour (via Direct Engagement PAYE)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient outcomes across medical and surgical wards. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive clinical screening and checking of prescriptions
• provide expert clinical pharmacy input across wards
• support safe and effective use of medicines
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• utilise EPMA systems including WellSky and Cerner
• maintain accurate patient records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• current and valid GPhC registration
• recent hospital experience within medicine and surgery wards
• strong clinical screening and checking experience
• familiarity with EPMA systems (WellSky & Cerner preferred)
• excellent communication and teamwork skills
• ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a full-time position, Monday to Friday. The contract is for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
