Position Overview:
Job Title: Biomedical Scientist – Histology (Band 5)
Contract Length: 3–6 months
Location: Northumberland
Start Date: ASAP
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday
Hours: Full-time
Pay Rate: £18 – 20 ph umbrella equivalent
Requirements:
HCPC-registered Biomedical Scientist
Previous NHS experience working within a UK Histology laboratory
Proven experience in:
• Tissue transfer dissection
• Embedding
• Microtomy
• Special stains
