Rate of Pay: £25–£26 per hour
Hunter Gatherer AHP are looking for an experienced Band 6 Acute Physiotherapist to join a busy acute medicine team based in Liverpool.
The successful candidate will be working within an acute medical setting, providing high-quality physiotherapy assessment and treatment to patients. You will play a key role in supporting safe and timely discharges while working closely with the wider multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out comprehensive physiotherapy assessments within an acute medical setting
Deliver respiratory (chest) physiotherapy interventions where required
Assess and provide appropriate mobility and rehabilitation equipment
Support effective discharge planning to facilitate safe patient flow
Attend daily board rounds and work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team
Contribute to weekend cover when required
Essential Requirements:
HCPC registered Physiotherapist
NHS acute inpatient experience
Experience in respiratory/chest physiotherapy
Excellent communication and multidisciplinary working skills
Ability to start ASAP
