• Job Title: ACT Pharmacy Technician
• Location: South Yorkshire – NHS Hospital
• Duration: 6 months
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (4 or 5 days per week)
• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: 6 months from start
• Rate of Pay: £17 – £20 per hour (Umbrella)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our client’s NHS team as an ACT Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in supporting the outpatient pharmacy service. In this role, you will:

• carry out final accuracy checking of dispensed prescriptions
• support the outpatient dispensary workflow
• ensure safe and efficient supply of medications to patients
• work closely with pharmacists and the wider pharmacy team
• maintain accurate patient and dispensing records

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid GPhC registration
• ACT qualification (Accuracy Checking Technician)
• prior NHS hospital experience
• strong attention to detail and accuracy
• the ability to work independently and within a team

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability Monday to Friday, with the option of 4 or 5 days per week. The contract is for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
