Hunter Gatherer AHP are recruiting for a Band 6 Radiographer to join a leading specialist NHS hospital in Central London on a full-time locum basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Radiographer with strong CT and General X-ray experience to join a busy imaging department, working Monday to Friday with no weekend commitment.

The Role

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Pay Rate: £25–£28 per hour DOE (Umbrella)
• Patient Facing: Yes

Requirements

• HCPC Registered Radiographer
• Previous NHS Radiography experience
• Competent in CT
• Competent in General X-ray
• Fluoroscopy experience desirable
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Able to start ASAP

Duties

• Perform high-quality CT and General X-ray examinations.
• Deliver safe, patient-centred imaging services.
• Support the smooth running of the CT and X-ray department.
• Complete in-house training to perform specialised imaging procedures.
• Transfer imaging to and from PACS for MDT meetings and second opinions.
• Work collaboratively with radiologists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain excellent standards of radiation safety and clinical governance.
