What You’ll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Band 7 Occupational Therapist Advanced and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in acute mental health and community settings. In this role, you will:

• Perform Comprehensive Patient Assessments
• Create And Implement Personalised Care Plans
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions To Optimise Patient Outcomes
• Collaboration With Multidisciplinary Teams To Provide Holistic Care
• Maintain Accurate Patient Records
• Deliver A Range Of Evidence-Based OT Assessments And Interventions (Direct And Indirect)
• Contribute To MDT Formulation, Risk Assessment And Risk Management
• Manage Complex And Sensitive Situations Using Sound Professional Judgement
• Support And Supervise Staff While Contributing To Team Development
• Contribute To Service Improvement, Audits And Identifying Gaps In Care
• Maintain Safe, Structured And Patient-Centred Therapeutic Environments
• Work Collaboratively With MDT And External/Third-Sector Services

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Current And Valid HCPC Registration
• HCPC-Registered Occupational Therapist With A Recognised Degree
• Extensive Experience In Acute Mental Health And Community Settings
• Strong Clinical Reasoning Skills
• Excellent Communication And Documentation Skills
• The Ability To Work Independently And Within A Multidisciplinary Team
• Adaptability And Strong Organisational Skills
• A Commitment To Delivering High-Quality Patient Care
• Full UK Driving Licence With Access To Own Transport

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a full-time working position requires availability from Monday To Friday (37.5 Hours) with flexibility where possible. The contract is until 02/07/2026 with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
