• Rate of Pay: £28–£33 per hour (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Join the orthopaedic team in Berkshire and make a meaningful impact in patients’ recovery journeys. In this Band 7 role, you will:

• Perform specialist musculoskeletal and post-operative orthopaedic assessments
• Design and deliver personalised treatment and rehabilitation programmes
• Lead and support junior staff and contribute to service development
• Collaborate with orthopaedic consultants, nurses, and the wider MDT
• Maintain high standards of documentation and outcome measurement

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates will need:

• Current and valid HCPC registration
• Substantial experience in orthopaedic physiotherapy (inpatient or outpatient)
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Excellent clinical reasoning and communication skills
• A patient-centred approach to care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers full-time hours, with flexibility for part-time applicants. The contract is ongoing, with a high likelihood of extension based on performance and service demand.
