Are you a Band 7/8a Oncology Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum role in East London? We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!
Join our team as an Oncology Pharmacist and play a key role in delivering specialist cancer care. In this position, you will:
✔ Oversee the safe prescribing, preparation, and administration of oncology medications
✔ Provide expert pharmaceutical advice to oncology teams and patients
✔ Ensure compliance with oncology treatment protocols and guidelines
✔ Support clinical audits, research, and service development
✔ Work closely with consultants, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
✔ Prior oncology or hospital pharmacy experience
✔ Strong knowledge of chemotherapy regimens and cancer treatments
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
✔ A commitment to high-quality patient care
This is a Monday to Friday role with 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM hours and a 30-minute lunch break. The contract is ongoing, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
