Hunter AHP have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join an NHS hospital in Liverpool as a Locum. This is a great chance to work in a clinical setting across various wards, including General Medicine, Surgery, and Care of the Elderly (COTE).
Provide clinical pharmacy support to inpatient wards
Medicines reconciliation and discharge planning
Review and optimise prescriptions to ensure safe and effective use of medicines
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to ward rounds
Ensure compliance with hospital guidelines and national standards
Registered with the GPhC as a Pharmacist
Recent hospital experience, ideally covering General Medical, Surgical, or Elderly wards
Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
Available to start immediately and commit to a Monday–Friday schedule
