About the Role:
Hunter AHP are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join a NHS hospital in Milton Keynes. The role is flexible, with the opportunity to work 3, 4, or 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispensing and checking prescriptions for inpatients.
• Conducting clinical ward rounds and liaising with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Providing expert advice on pharmaceutical care and drug therapy management.
• Contributing to medication management processes and ensuring safe, efficient use of medications across hospital wards.
• Monitoring patients’ medication regimens and making recommendations for therapeutic adjustments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a hospital setting, with strong clinical pharmacy knowledge and skills.
• GPhC registration.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
