About the Role:
Hunter AHP is currently seeking a Locum Aseptic Pharmacy Technician to join a reputable NHS hospital in London. The ideal candidate will have previous aseptic experience and a commitment to providing high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense aseptic products, including chemotherapy and other sterile medications.
• Ensure compliance with aseptic preparation standards, policies, and guidelines.
• Support the aseptic services team in maintaining the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of sterile preparations.
• Conduct regular quality control checks and participate in audits and training.
• Provide support to pharmacists and other healthcare professionals with aseptic preparation queries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following strict health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• Previous aseptic pharmacy technician experience is essential.
• NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent.
• GPhC registration.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict aseptic procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible availability to work 3, 4, or 5 days per week.
