Job Description:
Hunter Gatherer AHP are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6 or Band 7 Paediatric Dietitian to join a specialist service on a locum basis, initially providing maternity cover, with the potential for longer-term work.
The service is ideally looking for someone who can work face-to-face, although there is flexibility for some hours to be completed remotely.
The role can be offered full-time Monday–Friday, although part-time applicants with suitable availability will also be considered.
The successful candidate will need a good level of paediatric Dietetics experience and be confident managing a varied and complex caseload.
Experience in some of the following areas would be desirable:
Paediatric eating disorders
Enteral feeding / tube-fed patients
Feeding difficulties
Restricted diets and faltering growth
Complex paediatric nutritional needs
Allergy experience would be beneficial but is not essential
Requirements:
HCPC registration
UK Dietetics experience
Strong paediatric Dietetics experience
Experience managing complex paediatric caseloads
Experience in some of the specialist areas above
Ability to work independently
Full-time or part-time availability considered
