What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our team as a Band 6/7 Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients on medical and surgical wards. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive patient assessments

• create and implement personalised care plans

• deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes

• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care

• maintain accurate patient records

• contribute to dispensary duties as required

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• a current and valid GPhC registration

• experience working on medical and/or surgical wards

• strong communication and interpersonal skills

• the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team

• a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a full-time position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm. The contract is for 6 months with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
