Job Title: Pharmacist – Band 7
Location: Central London
Duration: 3–6 month contract (with strong potential for extension)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: £28.00–£32.00 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join an experienced NHS team on the cardiology wards, delivering high-level clinical pharmacy services. You’ll be responsible for:
Providing expert pharmaceutical care to cardiology inpatients
Participating in ward rounds and multidisciplinary team meetings
Reviewing and optimising complex drug regimens
Ensuring safe and effective use of cardiovascular medications
Supervising junior pharmacy staff where appropriate
Requirements & Qualifications:
GPhC-registered Pharmacist
Recent clinical ward experience (ideally in cardiology or acute medicine)
Sound knowledge of hospital pharmacy practices
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage workload autonomously in a fast-paced environment
