What You’ll Be Doing:

Join a specialist mental health hospital team and play a key role in supporting patient care. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive medicines reconciliation and clinical screening
• provide ward-based clinical pharmacy services within mental health units
• support safe prescribing and medicines optimisation for mental health patients
• work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
• provide patient counselling and medication advice
• maintain accurate clinical records

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• GPhC registration
• previous hospital ward experience (essential)
• mental health pharmacy experience (desirable)
• strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
• ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• commitment to high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role requires Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm working hours. The contract is ongoing, offering stability with potential for long-term extension based on service needs.
