• Location: Liverpool – GP Surgery
• Duration: Initially 2 weeks (22nd June onwards) with potential for further cover requirements
• Schedule: 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday)

What You'll Be Doing:

Join a busy Primary Care Network as an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting GP services across a network of five practices. In this role, you will:

• Manage prescription requests and medication queries
• Complete medication reviews and optimise prescribing
• Process clinical tasks and documents
• Support GP workload through safe and effective prescribing
• Work collaboratively with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team
• Utilise EMIS to manage patient records and prescribing activity

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Current GPhC registration
• Independent Prescribing qualification (essential)
• Previous GP Practice or PCN experience
• Experience using EMIS
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously within a primary care environment

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This role offers a flexible working position and requires availability for 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday), working 7.5 hours per day. The initial requirement is for 2 weeks from 22nd June, with a strong possibility of additional cover requirements becoming available.
