Locum Pharmacy Assistant – NHS Hospital, Bristol

Hourly Rate: £15 – £16 DOE
Hunter AHP are currently supporting an NHS hospital in Bristol in their search for a qualified Pharmacy Assistant to join their pharmacy department on a locum basis. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a stable role within a well-established and collaborative team.
Main Responsibilities:
Assisting with stock control and distribution of medicines
Providing support in the dispensary and/or stores
Managing deliveries and processing medication orders
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and smooth pharmacy operations
Essential Requirement:
NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent) – applicants without this will not be considered
Ideal Candidate Profile:
✔️ NVQ2-qualified Pharmacy Assistant
✔️ Prior NHS or community pharmacy experience (preferred)
✔️ Dependable and team-oriented
✔️ Available full-time, Monday to Friday
