Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

Rate of Pay: £25-£26ph
Hunter Gatherer AHP are recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a dedicated Stroke Therapy team within a busy NHS service.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist with a strong background across a variety of core clinical areas to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, delivering high-quality rehabilitation to patients recovering from stroke.
Key responsibilities:
Assess and treat patients with stroke-related neurological conditions.
Develop and deliver individualised rehabilitation programmes.
Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery and discharge planning.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development where appropriate.
Essential requirements:
HCPC registered Physiotherapist.
Minimum of 2 years' postgraduate experience.
Experience across a range of core clinical areas, including:
Neurology
Elderly Care
Medicine
Surgery
Orthopaedics
Community
Mental Health
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
