Band 7 Haem/Transfusion Quality Manager – Central London

Position Overview
Job Title: Band 7 Quality Manager – Haematology
Location: Central London
Duration: 6 months with review for extension
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Pay Rate: Highly competitive!

Key Requirements

• Must have previous Haematology quality management experience
• Strong experience dealing with UKAS accreditation processes
• Experience using QPulse is essential
• Strong governance, quality systems and documentation experience
• Biomedical Scientist background desirable

Laboratory / Analysers

• Sysmex
• Bio-Rad IH1000
• ACL TOP (Coagulation)

Duties Include

• Preparing for UKAS inspections / accreditation
• Document review and control
• Governance activities
• Producing quality reports
• Data analysis / data crunching
• Supporting and maintaining laboratory quality systems
