Locum GP Pharmacy Technician – Hybrid Role | West London

We are currently seeking an experienced Locum GP Pharmacy Technician to join a supportive GP Surgery in West London on an ongoing contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Pharmacy Technician with strong Primary Care experience looking for flexibility and a hybrid working setup.

Role Details

• Location: West London
• Working Pattern: Hybrid
• Days: 3, 4 or 5 days per week available
• Start Date: ASAP
• Contract: Ongoing locum contract
• Pay Rate: £18 – £20 per hour
• Payment: Weekly pay
• Must have own laptop & remote working set-up

Requirements

• Previous experience working within a GP Surgery / Primary Care setting
• Confident using SystmOne
• Strong medication management and prescription processing experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills

Duties may Include

• Medication reviews and reconciliation
• Processing repeat prescriptions
• Supporting the clinical pharmacist and wider MDT
• Managing prescription queries
• Ensuring accurate patient records on SystmOne
