Are you an Independent Prescribing Pharmacist looking for a rewarding locum opportunity in Brighton? We have an exciting ongoing role offering a mix of on-site and remote working, excellent rates, and the chance to gain valuable Primary Care experience.

Job Title: Independent Prescribing Pharmacist
Location: Brighton – GP Surgery
Duration: Ongoing
Schedule: 4–5 days per week (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate of Pay: £28–£33 per hour DOE via LTD

What You'll Be Doing:

• Carrying out structured medication reviews
• Managing prescribing queries and medication optimisation
• Supporting GPs with prescribing-related clinical workload
• Processing clinical tasks and patient documentation
• Working within a supportive multidisciplinary Primary Care team

Requirements:

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist
• Independent Prescriber qualification (essential)
• Experience using EMIS and/or SystmOne
• GP experience is not essential – pharmacists from other backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
