Hunter Gatherer AHP are currently recruiting for an Outpatient Pharmacist to join a busy hospital pharmacy service in the North East.
This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist with previous hospital or outpatient experience looking for a new locum contract.
Role details:
Location: Newcastle
Start: ASAP
Contract: Initially 3 months
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
Commitment: Approx. 4–4.5 days per week
Hours: 8:30am–6:00pm
Lunch: 30 minutes
Rate: £30–£35ph via Umbrella
The role:
You will be working within a busy outpatient pharmacy service, with day-to-day responsibilities including prescription checking, checking chemotherapy medications and supporting walk-in patients.
Requirements:
GPhC registered Pharmacist
Previous hospital/outpatient pharmacy experience highly desirable
Confident working within a busy outpatient environment
Able to start ASAP or at short notice
