What You’ll Be Doing:

Join our NHS Client's team as a Clinical Ward Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care across medical and surgical wards. In this role, you will:

• perform comprehensive clinical screening of prescriptions on the wards
• support medicines optimisation for medical and surgical patients
• work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective treatment
• provide clinical advice to healthcare professionals and patients
• maintain accurate patient records and contribute to high-quality pharmacy services

Requirements & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• current and valid GPhC registration
• previous NHS hospital ward experience
• strong clinical knowledge across medical and surgical settings
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• the ability to work full-time (5 days per week)

Working Hours & Contract Duration:

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, requiring 5 days per week commitment. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
