Job Title: Locum Pharmacist (Band 6/7)
Location: NHS Hospital, Liverpool
Duration: 6 months
Schedule: 5 days a week
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
Rate of Pay: £23ph-£30ph

Join our team as a Locum Pharmacist and contribute to both the wards and dispensary of a busy NHS hospital. In this role, you will:
✔ Review and dispense prescriptions to ensure safe and effective medication use
✔ Provide clinical advice to healthcare staff and patients
✔ Conduct medicines reconciliation for patients on admission and discharge
✔ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes
✔ Ensure compliance with NHS guidelines and maintain accurate records
To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ A valid GPhC registration as a Pharmacist
✔ No previous hospital experience required—full training provided
✔ Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
✔ The ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
