Pharmacy Dispenser / Pharmacy Technician — GP Surgery — Hastings
Location: Hastings — on-site
Pay: £17 per hour for a Pharmacy Dispenser; up to £20 per hour for a Pharmacy Technician
Duration: Two to three months
Working days: Monday to Friday
Hours: Ideally 9am–5pm
We are looking for a Pharmacy Dispenser or Pharmacy Technician to support a GP surgery in Hastings with dispensing duties over the next two to three months.
This is an opportunity for someone with dispensing experience who is looking for a temporary assignment with regular weekday hours. Previous GP surgery experience is not required, so applications are welcome from candidates with a community pharmacy background.
About the role
You will provide hands-on dispensing support on-site, helping the surgery maintain an accurate, efficient and organised dispensing service for its patients.
Your work will focus on dispensing duties appropriate to your qualifications and experience, following the surgery’s procedures and working closely with the wider team.
Who we’re looking for
We would like to hear from Pharmacy Dispensers and Pharmacy Technicians who:
Have previous experience carrying out pharmacy dispensing duties.
Take a careful, organised approach and have strong attention to detail.
Communicate well and work effectively as part of a team.
Can attend the surgery in Hastings for on-site work.
Are available to support a temporary assignment over the next two to three months.
You do not need to have worked in a GP surgery before. Your dispensing experience and ability to support the day-to-day service are what matter.
What’s on offer
