Hybrid NHS Project Manager – South London – 6 months contract

• Job Title: Interim Project Manager – Band 8a
• Location: Croydon
• Duration: 6 Months (likely extension)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
• Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days onsite
• Start Date: ASAP
• Rate of Pay: £33 – £35 per hour (paid via DE PAYE)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Join the Trust’s transformation programme and play a key role in delivering operational and digital improvement projects across the organisation. In this role, you will:

• lead end-to-end project delivery
• manage project plans, milestones, risks, and governance
• support digital enablement, service redesign, and CIP initiatives
• engage senior clinical and operational stakeholders
• present concise updates to governance and decision-making forums
• facilitate meetings and manage cross-functional collaboration

Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• previous NHS Project Management experience
• strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• experience delivering transformation or service improvement projects
• ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced NHS environments
• confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and governance groups

Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a hybrid working position with 3 days onsite in Croydon each week. The contract is initially for 6 months with a strong likelihood of extension.
